Amgen seeks an Associate Director for Agentic AI Business Solutions in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will own end-to-end delivery of GenAI initiatives, partnering with commercial insights, AI/ML, and engineering to translate business needs into scalable capabilities.

You will drive platform lifecycle, manage execution velocity, and ensure effective change management, user adoption, and value realization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, Bachelor, or equivalent in a relevant field with analytics focus.
• Experience translating business needs into GenAI solutions and delivering end-to-end deployments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across commercial insights, AI/ML, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prioritized Agentic AI use cases aligned to Neural Nexus priorities.
• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and rollout of AI solutions.
• Coordinate readiness activities: UAT, access setup, system integration, and documentation.
