Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking an Associate Director for Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Business Solutions to lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI-driven sales and analytics capabilities.

You will partner with Commercial Insights, CD&A, AI&D and engineering teams to translate business needs into deployable AI solutions, drive adoption, and manage cross-functional delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3+ years in commercial analytics or GenAI operations.
• Master’s with 5 years in commercial analytics or GenAI.
• Bachelor’s with 7 years in commercial analytics or GenAI.
• Associate’s with 12 years in commercial analytics and/or GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prioritized Agentic AI solutions for commercial and analytics functions.
• Lead end-to-end NN platform lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with CD&A, AI&D, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI capabilities.
• Drive platform adoption and measure value realization.
