Qualifications

• Doctorate/PhD with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s with 6+ years.
• Experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical commercial insights and analytics is preferred.
• Product management-like experience: defining user needs, roadmaps, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI solutions and translate business questions into capabilities.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across analytics, insights, marketing, and technical teams.
• Develop executive updates and present findings, progress, risks, and impact to stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled insights within relevant teams and track usage KPIs.
