Job summary
Amgen Inc. (IR) is seeking a Senior Manager for Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Solution Delivery in Thousand Oaks.
You will lead the delivery of AI-enabled insights tools across market research, analytics, and commercial decision-making, coordinating with business analytics, science, and technology teams. Requirements include advanced degrees and significant experience in biotech, analytics, research and product delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience translating business questions into actionable insights and solutions.
- Strong product management experience with defining needs, roadmaps and delivery.
- Ability to lead end-to-end primary market research and translate findings into strategy.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and Generative AI in insights generation.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to scope, validate, and deliver AI solutions.
- Develop leadership updates on progress, adoption, and risks for stakeholders.
- Drive platform adoption and measure KPIs for user engagement and impact.
- Support change management and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows.
