Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager for Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Business Solutions in Thousand Oaks. The role leads the delivery, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of insights and analytics tools, shaping high-visibility products from concept through launch.

You will work at the intersection of primary market research, commercial insights, analytics, marketing, and technology to translate business questions into actionable AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical commercial insights, analytics & primary market research.
• Demonstrated product management experience, including defining user needs and roadmaps.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams and AI-enabled insights projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and adoption of insights & analytics tools across Agentic AI solutions.
• Define end-to-end product lifecycle from needs through design, development, rollout, and adoption.
• Collaborate with business analytics, commercial partners, GCCI, AI&D, and tech teams.
