Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager for Agentic AI Business Solutions to lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI capabilities across commercial and GCCI functions. You will partner with AI/ML, engineering, and business teams to deploy impactful GenAI solutions with measurable value.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, agile execution, and excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and drive platform adoption in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with substantial commercial analytics/GenAI delivery experience.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into GenAI solutions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end GenAI capabilities in regulated or large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI solutions from intake to deployment.
• Lead agile development cycles with AI/ML and engineering teams to meet business needs.
• Coordinate readiness activities (UAT, access setup, system integration) for go-live.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
• Drive platform adoption and measure value realization post-deployment.
