Responsibilities

• Lead the Affordable Housing Trust Fund program and financing functions.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation and risk management.
• Direct a team including a Senior Project Development Manager and analysts.
• Develop NOFAs and RFPs for housing funding and underwriting reviews.
• Coordinate with City Attorney’s Office on contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
