Qualifications

• Seven years of housing operations management experience, including senior-level management in public housing or real estate redevelopment.

• Knowledge of affordable housing programs, financing, and regulations.

• Provide leadership over the Affordable Housing Trust Fund programmatic and financing functions.
• Develop strategic plans and underwriting criteria for development projects.
• Oversee NOFAs/RFPs and funding requests for housing development.
