The University of Central Florida’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions seeks an Associate Director, Admissions Operations to provide strategic direction, planning, and operational oversight for one of its most high-impact enrollment functions. This role requires a capable leader who can align people, processes, and technology to improve student access and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading admissions operations, policy development, and workflow management is preferred.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Undergraduate Admissions Operations, including management of application processing workflows and admissions systems.
• Lead technology, process improvement, and data analysis initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with campus partners, interpret policies, and contribute to departmental planning and budgeting.
