Job summary

KIPP New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director of Academic Operations (ADAO) to lead school-wide academic operations. You’ll partner with the Director of School Operations, Teaching and Learning, and the leadership team to ensure instructional programs run smoothly and that operational needs are met for teachers and students.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years managing school operations in a charter or district setting.
• Experience using SIS systems such as PowerSchool and related scheduling tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating testing programs (PSAT/SAT/AP) and graduation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the school master schedule in partnership with the DSO and T&L.
• Coordinate PSAT, SAT, NJ state testing, AP, and iReady assessment logistics.
