KIPP New Jersey seeks an Associate Director of Academic Operations to lead day-to-day school operations, schedule development, and testing coordination across campuses. You will collaborate with the Director of School Operations, Teaching and Learning, and the leadership team to ensure instructional programs run smoothly and compliance is maintained.

You will oversee transcripts, scheduling, home instruction coordination, and graduation activities, while partnering with KF to support college

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing school operations in a charter or district setting.
• Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using SIS systems such as PowerSchool.
• Database management and reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the master schedule and calendar in partnership with DSO and T&L.
• Coordinate PSAT/SAT/AP/NJ testing as testing coordinator.
• Lead home instruction coordination and vendor liaison.
• Oversee graduation processes, transcripts, and verifications.
• Manage student information systems updates and data integrity.
• Provide 1:1 technology oversight and staff device management.
• Support staff onboarding and professional development.
• Lead logistics for school events and day-to-day operations.
