Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar (or eligibility within one year).
• Experience in academic support, bar preparation, or law student success programming.
• Experience supervising staff, tutors, or student employees, including hiring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs academic success programming and interventions for at-risk students.
• Leads the Academic Success Fellows program with 15–20 fellows; includes hiring, training, and payroll oversight.
• Teaches up to six credit hours of coursework annually, prioritizing academic success and bar preparation.
• Collaborates on bar success initiatives, supports alumni retaker coaching and bar readiness programming.
• Partners with the Dean of Students to set goals, assess outcomes, and ensure accreditation reporting.
• Maintains records of student contacts, advising sessions, and program participation.
