Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for US Forecasting in Oncology to lead advanced forecasting efforts and partner with brand leads across Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance and Manufacturing. The role is hybrid with on-site 2–3 days a week in Thousand Oaks.

You will develop detailed forecast models, perform scenario analyses, and translate market insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharma/Biotech forecasting or demand planning experience.
• Advanced forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
• Ability to influence ED/VP level staff.
• Experience with industry data sources and uptake analysis.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage forecast models for inline products by indication.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance and Manufacturing to align forecasts.
• Present forecasts and scenarios to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose actions based on data.
