Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Global Oncology Forecasting Lead to direct forecasting for oncology pipeline assets. You will partner with product teams to deliver cross-brand insights, ensure consistency, and drive adoption of forecasting best practices.

You will coach junior forecasters and distill analytics into concise strategic recommendations for the brand team. You will collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance, Manufacturing, Access and Pricing to influence leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with 2+ years forecasting experience
• Masters with 4+ years forecasting experience
• Bachelor's with 6+ years forecasting experience
• Associate's with 10+ years forecasting experience
• High school diploma with 12+ years forecasting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting for oncology assets and indications.
• Develop cross-brand insights with brand forecasters.
• Coach junior forecasters and drive best-practice adoption.
• Summarize forecasting analytics for executive-level decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance and Access teams.
