Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in commercial finance, cost accounting, audit, and FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate market research into financial impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand and revenue forecasting for US Oncology brands.
• Own development, enhancement, and governance of forecasting models across planning cycles.
• Translate data into clear narratives to support strategic decisions.
• Present forecasts and insights to Commercial VPs and Marketing Directors.
• Manage one direct report and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to align supply and demand forecasts.
