Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager of Forecasting for the Cardiovascular area based in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will lead forecasting initiatives, partner with brand leads, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires advanced forecasting techniques, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. A flexible commuter arrangement to the Thousand Oaks office is available.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of forecasting, analytics or finance experience.
• Master’s degree and 4 years of forecasting, analytics or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of forecasting, analytics or finance experience.
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of forecasting, analytics or finance experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of forecasting, analytics or finance experience.
