Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director Forecasting to lead end-to-end US Oncology demand and revenue forecasting. You will own forecasting models, govern processes across LBE, Plan, LRP and S&OP, and present insights to senior leaders.

The role partners with Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Finance and Operations, reporting to the Franchise Finance Director and managing one direct report. 8–10 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in commercial finance, cost accounting, audit, FP&A; forecasting and pharma exp preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate market data into actions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and harmonization of Oncology forecasting models across planning cycles.
• Translate complex data into clear, compliant narratives for decisions.
• Drive forecast cycles (LBE, Plan, LRP, S&OP) with Commercial and Finance teams.
• Integrate actuals into models and ensure accurate revenue projections.
• Present insights to VPs and Marketing Directors; provide ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Lead month-end close activities and price/pipeline/demand variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations and APEX to align supply and demand forecasts.
