Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Global Oncology Forecasting Lead to guide forecasting for pipeline assets across the Global Oncology portfolio. You will partner with product/brand forecasters, synthesize analytics, and present concise recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires advanced forecasting techniques, collaboration across Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance, and Manufacturing, and a track record of influencing strategic decisions. On-site 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience forecasting oncology products is preferred.
• Ability to present forecast recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills in a biopharma context.
• Familiarity with large pharmaceutical datasets and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-brand forecasting insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coach and mentor junior forecasters and drive best practices.
• Lead rollout of centralized forecasting platform and standardize processes across cycles.
• Influence ED/VP level stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance, Manufacturing, Access, and Pricing/Contracting.
