Georgia State University’s Student Involvement department is hiring an Assistant Director, Student Organization Services to oversee over 500 RSOs across six campuses. You will develop training programs for officers and promote student engagement beyond the classroom to build school spirit and community.

The role requires leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with multiple campus partners, with responsibilities including supervision of staff and risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and three years supervisory/management experience.
• Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Counseling or related field preferred.
• Experience advising student organizations in a collegiate setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct management and oversight for 500+ RSOs across 6 campuses.
• Advises student organization officers with training programs.
• Supervises staff including Coordinator for Student Engagement - Student Organizations.
