Job summary

Georgia Tech is hiring a Student Organizations Coordinator to assist the Director-Student Engagement, advising and supporting over 450 student organizations, and guiding student leaders through events, chartering, and governance processes.

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and students, developing resources and ensuring smooth operation of student engagement services in a dynamic university environment in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Student Development, Higher Education, or related field.
• Experience with leadership development and advising student organizations.
• Overnight travel required; on-site daily service hours may vary.
• Two to four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support over 450 student organizations.
• Advise the Presidents Council Governing Board and SGA committee.
• Develop resources and training for student leaders.
• Assist with the chartering process for student organizations.
• Coordinate marketing and publicity events such as Engagement Week and orientations.
• Maintain student engagement database and website.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
