The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Training Lead at the University System of New Hampshire provides strategic leadership for designing and implementing a statewide, distance-based training platform to expand access to education, workforce development, and career pathways across New Hampshire's rural communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Healthcare Education, Public Health, Health Professions Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in workforce development, training program management, instructional design, or healthcare education.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale training programs or learning platforms.
• Experience delivering synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid learning experiences.
• Experience leading staff, project teams, or instructional contributors.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and manage a statewide simulation-based training platform for rural communities.
• Coordinate partnerships with education stakeholders and coordinate subject matter experts and instructors.
• Direct instructional design staff and centralize training resources and materials.
• Coordinate logistics and supervise training initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to evaluation, continuous improvement, and alignment with core priorities.
