Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Healthcare Education, Public Health, Health Professions Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development, training program management, instructional design, healthcare education, simulation education, or a related field.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing large‑scale training programs, educational initiatives, or learning platforms.
• Experience developing and delivering synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid learning experiences.
• Experience providing leadership, supervision, or coordination of staff, project teams, faculty, consultants, or other contributors.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
• Experience building and maintaining collaborative partnerships across healthcare, education, government, nonprofit, community, or workforce development organizations.
• Experience utilizing learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, or digital learning platforms to support training delivery and engagement.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to support program evaluation, continuous improvement, and decision‑making.
• Ability to travel throughout New Hampshire as required.

Responsibilities

• Statewide Simulation Distance-based Training Platform & Infrastructure: Design, implement, and evolve a statewide simulation‑based training platform serving rural and underserved communities.
• Program Development, Partnerships & Workforce Alignment: Cultivate and sustain partnerships with education stakeholders and coordinate subject matter experts and instructors.
• Training Coordination: Coach and support staff, supervise core staff, and coordinate logistics for timely, high‑quality training activities.
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting, use data to support improvements and align with cross-core priorities.
