Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and at least 2 years in admin, program coordination, or related work.
• Experience in healthcare, education, public health, or community programs preferred.
• Training in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for Sim Core activities, including scheduling and data collection.
• Manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, and partner meetings.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines for timely progress.
• Prepare program materials, reports, agendas, and documentation.
• Support data management, reporting, and documentation across programs.
