Piper Sandler seeks a Head of RIA & Family Office Research Distribution to lead our research outreach to RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers within the Equities franchise. Location is negotiable across offices.

The role requires building senior relationships, developing a robust distribution strategy, and partnering with research, sales, marketing and leadership to expand engagement and revenue from differentiated investment insights.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in institutional sales, research sales, or wealth management distributions.
• Established relationships with senior RIA and family office professionals.
• Proven revenue generation through consultative, relationship-based sales.
• FINRA licenses may be required depending on scope.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the firm’s strategy for distributing research to RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, PMs, research directors, and other senior decision-makers.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities across RIA and family office channels.
• Articulate the value proposition of the firm’s research and investment ideas.
• Create customized engagement strategies based on client needs and buying preferences.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, conferences, and webinars between clients and research professionals.
• Collaborate with institutional sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure a coordinated approach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track activity and conversions.
• Gather market intelligence and client feedback to shape products and distribution models.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and allocator meetings.
