Job summary

Piper Sandler is seeking a Head of RIA & Family Office Research Distribution to lead our equities research distribution to RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers. Location is negotiable and the role can be sat in any Piper Sandler office.

The ideal candidate will build senior relationships, sell differentiated investment research, and work with research, sales, marketing, and senior leadership to expand reach and revenue across non-traditional institutional channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in institutional sales, research distribution, wealth management, or related financial services.
• Proven ability to sell investment research and ideas to RIAs and family offices.
• Established relationships with senior professionals across the RIA/family office ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the firm’s strategy for distributing investment research to RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, portfolio managers, and investment committee members.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities across RIA and family office channels.
• Articulate the value proposition of research, including sector insights, themes, and investment ideas.
• Coordinate meetings and engagements between clients and research analysts, sales, and leadership.
