Piper Sandler & Co. seeks a Head of RIA & Family Office Research Distribution to lead the distribution of investment research to RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers. Location is negotiable within our office network.

The role requires a senior, relationship-driven sales leader who can build high-level relationships, translate complex research into client value, and collaborate with research, sales, marketing, and leadership to expand the firm’s reach. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in institutional sales, research distribution, or wealth management.
• Proven experience selling investment research to RIAs and family offices.
• Established relationships with senior investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution strategy for RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers.
• Develop senior-level relationships with CIOs and portfolio managers.
• Identify new business opportunities across channels.
• Articulate the value proposition of research and ideas.
• Collaborate with research, sales, corporate access, and marketing.
• Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.
