Job summary

Sandoz International GmbH in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Senior Copay Analytics Manager to lead day-to-day operations of patient support and specialty pharmacy programs, and to drive data-driven decision making.

You will analyze copay claims, develop forecasting models, and partner with vendors to ensure data quality and compliance while communicating insights to senior leadership. A BA/BS and 7+ years in patient support roles are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree and 7+ years in patient support and/or specialty pharmacy fee-for-service.
• Knowledge of copay programs, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of patient support, copay, and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Analyze copay claims, enrollment, utilization, and costs to identify trends and risks.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc copay analyses for forecasting and budgets.
• Translate data into insights for Brand, Finance, Market Access, and leadership.
• Coordinate with hub and specialty pharmacy vendors to ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Monitor performance against service levels, budgets, and compliance.
• Support copay program changes with financial modeling and business rationale.
• Develop monitoring programs for Patient Services and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Communicate performance and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
