Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in patient support and/or specialty pharmacy fee-for-service.
• Strong knowledge of patient support programs and regulations.
• Experience with copay analytics for optimization and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of patient support, copay, and fee-for-service programs.
• Analyze copay claims, enrollment, utilization, and program spend to identify trends.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc copay analyses for design, forecasting, and budget management.
• Translate data into insights for Brand, Finance, Market Access and leadership.
• Collaborate with copay, hub and specialty pharmacy vendors on data quality and timing.
• Monitor performance against service levels, budgets, and compliance.
• Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support evaluation of copay program changes and post-implementation monitoring.
• Communicate performance and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
