Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech, market access, patient services, or related healthcare experience.
• 5+ years in patient support, access, or field reimbursement leadership.
• Experience with hub operations, vendor management, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient services strategy and program design across the portfolio.
• Drive analytics to improve efficiency, KPI reporting, and field execution.
• Provide leadership for the FRM team including reimbursement strategy and payer alignment.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve access and reimbursement.
• Monitor program performance using data analytics and identify barriers.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Account Management, and Market Access leaders to deliver patient support solutions.
• Manage hub, copay, patient assistance, adherence, education, and digital engagement tasks.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, privacy, quality, pharmacovigilance, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with vendors to define requirements, budgets, SLAs, and audit readiness.
