Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Business Insights & Analytics for the U.S. Epkinly brand to lead data analysis that informs commercial strategy and launches.

You will oversee brand analytics, develop KPIs and dashboards, translate complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field, and Leadership while guiding offshore analytics resources. Flexible hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Analytics, or related fields.
• 7+ years in biopharmaceutical commercial analytics, preferably in oncology/hematology.
• Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, Tableau.
• Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and data products.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
