Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Princeton, NJ, is seeking an Associate Director, Business Insights & Analytics to support the U.S. Oncology market.

You will transform complex data into actionable insights, inform strategic decision-making, and help drive commercial performance. You will lead brand analytics, develop and govern KPIs and dashboards, and partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field, and Commercial leadership to translate data into insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare or commercial analytics, preferably oncology/biopharma.
• Experience with diverse data sources (sales, claims, CRM).
• Proven ability to develop KPIs and automated reports.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative and self-driven with a hands-on approach.
