Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, NJ is seeking an Associate Director for Global Oncology Insights and Engagement to lead data-driven insights and strategic analytics across the Global Oncology Marketing team.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to translate data into launch-ready commercial decisions and drive end-to-end delivery of IT and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will manage a small global team or contribute as an independent contributor, shaping insights on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
5+ years of marketing, data insights and analytics experience in pharma/healthcare.
Experience mining claims/EMR data and generating actionable insights.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to synthesize data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

Act as key contact for Global Asset Marketing teams and strategic partner.
Translate business needs into analytical plans and actionable insights.
Communicate advanced analytics to stakeholders for informed decisions.
Develop and own commercial insight strategy, applying AI where relevant.
Lead end-to-end delivery of insights, analytics, and IT capabilities across the division.
