Job summary

Chewy, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Associate Director Product Manager to lead our offsite advertising initiatives within Chewy Ads. You will shape product strategy, partner with engineering, marketing, and analytics, and drive end-to-end delivery from ideation to launch and optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Offsite Advertising is preferred, 8 years minimum in a product management role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Sustained track record of driving business value and improving product with data insights, especially in advertising, growth, marketing or relevant domains.
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product; experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Aptitude to analyze, communicate and present metrics effectively to support recommendations.
• Ability to think creatively, execute on a roadmap, build consensus and momentum.
• Strong writing and verbal communication at the executive level; strong communication skills.
• Fluency in SQL and/or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for offsite advertising, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Offsite Advertising Platform Optimization: Drive development and optimization of the offsite advertising platform, focusing on targeting, UX, and conversion metrics.
• Performance Analysis: Define KPIs for offsite advertising products and regularly analyze performance data.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients involved in offsite advertising initiatives.
