Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods seek a Lead Advisor to manage disability and leave programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state laws while coordinating payroll and timekeeping practices. You will partner with Legal and Talent Leaders to implement policy changes and drive scalable solutions that support growth and protect sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience with at least 1 year in a distribution or manufacturing environment and at least 1 year managing leave/benefits
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Working knowledge of multi-state benefit plans, state leaves, and ADA best practices
• Working knowledge of payroll administration and timekeeping systems
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee disability and leave management programs (FMLA, ADA, WC, state/local leave) and company-paid leave ensuring consistency and compliance
• Implement and communicate changes to benefit policies coordinating with local Talent Leaders
• Partner with Legal and Talent Leaders to ensure compliance with federal/state requirements and policies
• Stay up-to-date on wage and hour regulations, time off plans, and paid sick leave policies across populations
• Create scalable leave of absence solutions to support growth and efficiency
• Represent the company in prioritizing leave and accommodation offerings to enhance the employee experience
• Collaborate with Payroll and Legal on system updates and rollout of processes
• Document and maintain detailed written processes
• Handle confidential information per policies
• Partner with Team Members and business partners to facilitate leave and accommodation processes
• Drive integration across vendors, systems, and processes
• Align with Inc. leave practices while adapting to Supply’s needs
