Chick-fil-A Supply and Bay Center Foods is seeking a Lead Advisor to manage disability and leave of absence programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support payroll and timekeeping processes across the organization.

In this role, you will partner with Legal, Talent Leaders, and the Payroll Center of Excellence to implement policy changes, maintain detailed documentation, and drive scalable leave solutions for a growing distribution network in a hybrid work environment that blends in-person

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years HR experience, incl. 1+ year in distribution/manufacturing and 1+ year managing leave/benefits.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of multi-state benefit plans, state leaves (including CA), and ADA best practices
• Payroll administration and timekeeping systems
• General HR policies, procedures and practices
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

Aufgaben

• Oversee disability and leave management programs (FMLA, ADA, WC, state/local leaves) ensuring compliance.
• Implement and communicate changes to benefit policies with Talent Leaders.
• Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Stay updated on wage and hour regulations and paid sick leave policies.
• Create scalable leave of absence solutions.
• Represent the company in prioritizing leave tech and benefits.
• Assist with payroll/timekeeping system rollouts.
• Document and maintain detailed processes.
• Handle confidential information per policies.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders on leave/accommodation processes.
• Drive integration across vendors, systems, processes.
• Align with Inc. leave practices while adapting to Supply needs
