Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, counseling, student affairs, education, or related field.
• Experience with data and student information systems to improve student success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tutoring, placement testing, academic coaching, and workshops.
• Develop goals, measures, and periodic program reports.
