You will manage a defined caseload, guide degree pathways, and collaborate with campus partners to support retention and graduation outcomes.

The role emphasizes advising across academic planning, major exploration, and career readiness, with emphasis on data-informed practice and student success initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in academic advising or related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Preferred: Master's in higher education, counseling, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver proactive, student-centered academic and career advising using scheduled appointments and outreach.
• Guide students in degree requirements, policies, registration, and academic planning.
• Support major exploration, career readiness, and trajectory toward graduation.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and retention.
• Maintain compliance with FERPA and advising protocols; use data to improve outreach.
• Perform other duties to support advising operations and student success.
