Job summary

Charity Finance Group (CFG) is seeking a Head of Learning and Events to lead our learning strategy and events portfolio for charity finance professionals across the UK. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of conferences, training programmes and webinars.

You will oversee a talented team, drive learning pathways, ensure excellent customer experiences, strong financial performance and sustainable income growth, and travel across the UK as required.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in learning or professional development.
• Proven track record delivering conferences, training programmes and events that meet attendance, income and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ability to shape learning strategy and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
