Ladders is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Events & Programs to own a global events strategy that elevates executive engagement, strengthens customer relationships, and drives marketing impact. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across flagship events, industry conferences, and executive programs.

You will partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver memorable experiences, manage budgets and vendors, and analyze performance to optimize future events.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale B2B event programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and logistics with measurable ROI.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.`
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits and events.
• Experience with cybersecurity or SaaS event planning is preferred.
• Experience launching inaugural customer conferences is a plus.
• Familiarity with executive-level program development and execution.
