Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Sr Manager, Digital Product Solutions to shape the vision and roadmap for Digital Product Solutions (Software) and Engineering Operations. You will partner with leadership to transform content and digital experiences into a Center of Excellence, driving efficiency, quality, and revenue growth.

You will lead the transformation of content management, AI usage, and digital delivery across website and mobile platforms, while guiding teams and defining long- and short-term

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years managing teams in digital experiences or software.
5+ years developing mobile and web applications with roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision for A-dec+ and Digital Product Solutions (Software).
Lead roadmaps for digital applications and mobile solutions used by customers.
Drive business model development and revenue growth for digital products.
Partner with leaders to align digital content strategy, CMS, and AI initiatives.
Establish KPIs and governance for digital product delivery and performance.
