Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations to lead the systems, processes, and strategy that support Customer Marketing and growth. You will oversee marketing automation, CRM usage, reporting, and digital tools, ensuring scalable governance and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Brand, and IT to drive integrated campaigns, NPI launches, and data-driven decision making, while developing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation marketing automation, or related marketing discipline.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams and external partners.
• Experience managing marketing operations systems and platforms, including marketing automation CRM, Wrike, reporting/analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, reporting, and marketing performance metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvement.
