Job summary

BMCC, part of The City University of New York, seeks an Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment to provide strategic oversight for dual enrollment programs within K16 initiatives. The role will grow and support schools, enhancing college readiness outcomes for underrepresented students.

Reporting to the Director of College Now, you will monitor budgets, manage financial resources, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across programs and partnerships with NYC Public Schools and CUNY

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Expertise in program management.
• Experience in managing high-performing teams and programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NYC public schools or related capacity.
• Strong budget management ability.
• Ability to use data for program and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of high school–college partnerships for Dual Enrollment/CUNY Early College.
• Maintain dual enrollment program databases and generate reports.
• Coordinate student applications and recruitment to ensure enrollment.
• Engage with students, parents, schools, and professors as needed.
• Perform standard office functions including answering emails and budget duties.
