The College Now program at the Borough of Manhattan Community College (CN) seeks a visionary Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment (DE) to provide strategic oversight and leadership for dual enrollment programs in secondary schools. Under the Director's guidance, the Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment (DE) will oversee an assigned portfolio of dual enrollment and early college high school programs within K16. The Specialist will create, grow, and support schools committed to early college programs and college readiness outcomes for traditionally underrepresented students in higher education.
The Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment will work with the Director to monitor budgets and manage financial resources. Utilizing data analysis, the Assistant Director will monitor and evaluate program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Director of College Now, the Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment responsibilities are as follows:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience required.
Participates in the daily coordination of academic and administrative activities of a College's specialized academic program under management direction.
