BMCC, part of the City University of New York, invites applications for the Director of CEWD- Allied Health Programs. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, this role stewards CEWD’s Allied Health portfolio and guides strategic program development, partnerships, and revenue forecasting to advance workforce training in health sectors.

The Director leads budget planning, grant management, enrollment outreach, and collaboration with academic and industry partners to ensure credential pathways

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus eight years’ related experience in workforce development or higher education.
• Experience managing Allied Health programming is preferred.
• Strong data analytics and budget oversight skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for long-term goals and operational plans to ensure high-quality course and program delivery.
• Oversee the development and alignment of a pipeline of Allied Health programs and partnerships informed by labor market information (LMI) and employer feedback.
• Oversee and manage multi-source budgets (tuition, government contracts, and private grants), including strategic resource allocation, staffing models, and financial planning to support program sustainability and growth.
• Provide leadership and oversight for grant strategy, proposal development, and grant management. Ensure staff effectively manage grant lifecycles, meet performance outcomes, and comply with all reporting requirements and benchmarks.
• Set strategic direction for outreach, recruitment, and enrollment efforts in support of enrollment targets and tuition revenue goals.
