Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and eight years' related experience in workforce development and/or higher education.
• Experience leading Allied Health programming within a college or university setting.
• Strong knowledge of NYC employer networks, certification requirements, and stackable credentialing models.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives across sites and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills between faculty, staff and corporate partners.
• Proficiency with data analytics, CRM systems, and budget management software.
• Commitment to educational equity and adult learner success.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for long-term goals and operational plans to ensure program delivery.
• Oversee development of Allied Health programs and employer partnerships.
• Manage budgets across tuition, government contracts and private grants.
