Job summary

RFCUNY is seeking a Dual Enrollment Credential and Course Alignment Manager to lead credentialing development and pathway alignment with CUNY campuses and external partners. You will shape industry-aligned curricula, CPL policies, and credit decisions to support expanded dual enrollment opportunities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with faculty, civil service and NYCPS partners, overseeing multiple workflow streams, and ensuring equity and access across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in curriculum development or related field.
• Experience aligning curriculum with industry credentials and CPL policies.
• Experience partnering with K-12 or higher education programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and align credentialing curricula across industry disciplines.
• Coordinate with faculty to approve coursework meeting standards.
• Track participant recruitment, milestones and outcomes.
• Develop CPL, advanced standing, and course placement models.
• Support advising tools and help students translate training into credit.
