Job summary

Growmark, Inc. in Bloomington, IL seeks a Director-level professional to oversee the crop protection portfolio, pricing, and market strategy.

You will manage manufacturer relationships, product positioning, and margin targets while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive growth across the Growmark System. You will lead supplier negotiations, oversee regulatory compliance, and shape long-range marketing plans in collaboration with Enterprise Marketing and Agronomy Marketing Strategist.

Qualifications

• Experience with crop protection marketing, price strategy, and rebates.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management abilities.
• Excellent leadership, staff coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to analyze portfolio profitability and perform financial modeling.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for crop protection gross margin and portfolio competitiveness.
• Negotiate and administer supply, rebate, and program agreements.
• Direct product registration, regulatory compliance, and stewardship.
• Set pricing and grower program levels to meet profit standards.
• Develop marketing plans and product positioning with senior leaders.
• Coordinate with seed portfolio and crop protection operations to align procurement.
