Travere Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology to lead PK/PD strategies across development programs and serve as a liaison to senior management and regulatory bodies. You will guide dose escalation, modeling, and interactions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Ph.D. or PharmD with 4+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and collaboration skills, with travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or PharmD equivalent required; experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience required or PharmD with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience across development phases and leadership in PK/PD, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacometrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and execution of clinical pharmacology strategy across programs.
• Represent Clinical Pharmacology and provide support to project teams.
• Develop and oversee PK/PD studies and dose escalation strategies.
• Provide input for regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, NDA).
• Review protocols and reports for regulatory filings; address questions.
