Job summary

Ph.D. degree or equivalent required; PharmD with 8+ years acceptable.
Experience across development phases and leadership in PK/PD and pharmacometrics.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of clinical pharmacology strategy across programs, integrating PK/PD and DDI assessments.
Represent Clinical Pharmacology and provide support to clinical stage project teams.
Develop and oversee design and implementation of clinical pharmacology studies (e.g., dose escalation, PK/PD modeling).
Provide pharmacology input for regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, NDA).
Review protocols and reports for regulatory filings and anticipate questions.
Partner with Research, Regulatory, and other R&D functions; deliver input at key decision points.
