Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead the design and implementation of pharmacology strategies across clinical programs. You will communicate key strategies to senior management and regulatory bodies, and you will work with cross-functional teams to translate PK/PD data into drug development decisions.

The role requires a Ph.D. or PharmD with extensive PK/PD and modeling experience, multiple development phases, and leadership

Qualifications

• Requires Ph.D. or equivalent; PharmD with 8+ years considered.
• Leadership in PK/PD, Biopharmaceutics, and Pharmacometrics across multiple projects.
• Experience across development phases and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of clinical pharmacology strategy across development programs.
• Represent Clinical Pharmacology to clinical stage project teams and provide guidance.
• Develop and oversee design and implementation of PK/PD studies and modeling.
• Provide input for regulatory submissions (IND/CTA/NDA) and regulatory questions.
• Collaborate with Research, Bioanalytical, Regulatory, and other R&D functions.
